Charlie Villanueva did not appreciate Russell Westbrook’s pregame routine with a teammate before the start of Monday night’s game, so he decided to step in and break it up.
Westbrook then shoved him out of the way, and things almost got chippy before the game even began. But the Mavericks got the last laugh, and left Chesapeake Energy Arena with a 85-84 victory.
Villanueva opened up about what happened on Tuesday, and had some advice for Westbrook.
“If you wanna go dancing and stuff like that, go to a nightclub,” Villanueva said Tuesday on FOX Sports’ PROcast podcast. “Go to a club and dance. Go to ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and be a dancer.”

Westbrook has yet to respond, and likely won’t, but tomorrow’s Game 3 of the series just got even more interesting.
