Paul George dropped 39 points against the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night, but even that wasn’t enough to lift the Pacers to victory in Game 5.
George had a chance to tie the game with a three-pointer in the game’s final seconds, but drew a double team, and wisely elected to dish the ball to Solomon Hill.
Hill drained the triple (video here), but unfortunately the ball left his hands one-tenth of a second too late, and the officials waved off the basket.
That gave the Raptors a win in the pivotal Game 5, and fans and players alike were pumped. That included Drake, who was standing courtside right next to the Raptors bench throughout most of the game.
Drizzy took to Instagram right after the game and trolled George with a photo of a tear streaming down his face, and you can see it below.
That’s cold, bro. He did just drop 39 points against your team.
