Former NBA guard Delonte West played in the D-league last season, and in China before that, but times are hard right now, it seems.
We last saw West back in February when he was wandering around Houston with a Jack In The Box cup and no shoes on. It was said that he had been off his meds and was hallucinating at the time.

He was recently spotted again, this time in Temple Hills, Maryland. West appeared to be walking the median begging for change.
