Hopefully Houston Chronicle’s Jake Kaplan didn’t have a zero deadline for his All-Star Game recap, because Jonathan Lucroy made it quite difficult on him.
During the eighth inning of the game, when many reporters are working on their game stories, a foul ball careened off the bat of Lucroy. It went straight up and back, and made its way into the press box.
This was the result.

And yet, Kaplan never stopped giving updates! He still managed to tweet the game score when it went final, probably from his phone.
