US Women’s National Team goalkeeper Hope Solo received some criticism for the way she openly discussed the Zika virus on social media awhile back, and judging by what happened during Wednesday night’s opener against New Zealand in Bela Horizonte, Brazil, it seems like locals still haven’t forgotten about it.
Solo was booed numerous times during the game, including this one.

To be fair, Solo did poke the bear, in a sense. Check out some of her recent Zika-related tweets.

USWNT won 2-0, and it will be interesting to see if Solo gets booed again next match.
