Saints cornerback Cortland Finnegan has a lot of personality, on and off the field.
He’s known for being a mouthy cornerback and getting into his opponents’ heads, but he’s also pretty good at playing jokes on his teammates as well.
Rams punter Johnny Hekker recently recanted a tale of an epic prank Finnegan pulled as a member of the team a few years back. There had been a pranking war going on during training camp, which is a normal occurrence, but what Finnegan did was anything but.
According to Hekker, he had the linebackers’ cars loaded onto a moving truck during practice. And it didn’t stop there. When the players asked for their cars back, Finnegan informed the driver to sit there with them for a few hours, while Finnegan was at home, just so they had to wait it out.
One of my favorite training camp memories. The great @CortFinnegan handing the whole LB core L's. #GoRams pic.twitter.com/CBSMpsn1R5

It’s funny for us to hear about, but we have to imagine the linebacking corps were pissed.
