Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James is a deity in his hometown, so the Indians were smart to have him come out to pump up fans before Friday’s playoff matchup against the Red Sox at Progressive Field.
The Indians probably didn’t need the support, especially since they tagged David Price for four runs in the first two innings, showing how bad he is in the playoffs, but it’s always nice to have the crowd behind you.
James made his way onto the field before the game and gave a quick speech to get the fans ready to go (as if they needed it).

Price will likely be seeing him in his nightmares, because seeing James and 0-0 on the scoreboard didn’t last for long.
