San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is not one to sit idly by after getting heckled on social media.
One particular Twitter troll found that out the hard way on Wednesday, when Kaepernick put him on blast.
It started when the 49ers quarterback started discussing how intense his offseason workout regimen is. Even during a “recovery day,” Kap seemed to hit the gym pretty hard.
1000 abs…. arm workout….. 10 min straight on the jump rope…. 2 hour study session in February….. that’s what we call a recovery day!

That’s when a Twitter troll attempted to rip Kaepernick’s field vision. But Kap fired back hard.
