The New York Jets have quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick back under contract and wideout Brandon Marshall is so thrilled he’s betting Antonio Brown he’ll finish with more receiving yards than the Pittsburgh Steelers wideout, a brand new Porsche up for grabs.

Marshall posted the open challenge on Instagram:

AB, man, I seen you’re boys driving those Rolls-Royces at camp. We’ll show you how we do it in New York, man. We ride these Porsches, bro. Talk about going fast. Hey, let’s race for pinks, bro. Any day.

Or, you know what I’m saying, if you have more receiving yards than me, I’ll give you the Porsche. If I have more receiving yards than you, then you gotta give me the Rolls-Royce. Check it out.

Game on.

Marshall had one of the best years of his career last season with Fitzpatrick under center, catching 109 passes for 1,502 yards and 14 scores. Brown did what he usually does with Ben Roethlisberger, catching 136 passes for 1,834 yards and 10 scores. To be fair, Marshall received 174 targets, Brown 195.

SportsCenter caught Brown’s reaction:

For context, this is the whip Brown just piloted into training camp:

Brown’s going to get his targets no matter what in the Pittsburgh offense. If Marshall is right, a full year of timing and chemistry developed with Fitzpatrick could help him win this wager.

Who you got?
