Sometimes reporters just want to bask in the moment and enjoy the fun. Just ask ESPN’s Buster Olney.
Olney was in the Astros locker room after the team defeated the Yankees in Tuesday night’s wild-card game 3-0 and advanced to the ALDS.
The team popped champagne to celebrate the big win, and Carlos Correa made sure Olney got in on the action as well.
Olney then did his interview while soaked, and had some fun with it.
“Thanks for ruining my eyesight, Carlos,” he said.
