It’s not a Carolina Panthers party until Cam Newton scores a touchdown.
And with the Panthers defense setting the tone and completely shutting down the Dallas Cowboys in Thursday’s game, it was only fitting that Newton would find the end zone in the third quarter after placing balls into tight windows and making some tough throws throughout the first half.
Faced with a first-and-goal situation, Newton dropped back to pass and moved around in the pocket to avoid the pressure. He then took off running and scored a touchdown from four yards out.
And he celebrated like a boss, because of course he did.
