The Clemson Tigers are the No.1-ranked team in the country (in both the AP and Coaches’ Poll), and in the College Football Playoff Rankings.
It’s the first time they’ve been ranked No. 1 since 1981, the year they won the national championship. That’s good news for Tigers fans, but there’s usually a lot of pressure that comes along with being the best team in the country as well.
Head coach Dabo Swinney doesn’t see it that way.
Swinney: "There is absolutely no pressure being the No. 1 team in the country. This is fun."

Sometimes coaches say things just to make a statement, rather than telling it like it is. In this case, though, we believe Swinney. This Tigers team has always played loose and with a lot of swagger, and they really do look like they’re having fun on the football field.
Fun. indeed.
