Indiana head coach Tom Crean was involved in a heated altercation with Nebraska coach Tim Miles during Wednesday night’s Big Ten matchup.
Miles and Crean shouted across the court at each other during the second half of the game after Nebraska guard Tai Webster fouled Indiana forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea. It then escalated and got pretty heated at one point when the two got into it at midcourt.

Crean did not like the hard foul. And he let Miles know. It appeared as if he told the Nebraska coach to “shut up” during the spat.
Crean, however, denied that he told Miles to “shut up,” and he shot down that notion after the game.
“No. No, I didn’t. But I appreciate you bringing that up. If anybody is writing that, that’s a complete mistake. That’d be wrong. ..

Crean finished: “That wasn’t the issue.”
