Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston tossed four touchdown passes in the team’s Week 1 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, and we could, very well, be seeing him take the “next step” toward developing into an elite NFL QB during his sophomore season.

Winston appeared on “The Dan Patrick Show” on Tuesday to talk all things football. And when he was asked about the Heisman Trophy he won in 2013, Winston actually admitted he didn’t know where it was.

“My dad has it somewhere,” he guessed. “When I left New York, that’s probably the last time I’ve seen it, other than seeing it in the cases at Florida State. My dad really took that off my hands. I have no idea where he has it. He treats that thing like that’s his son. It’s always in a new place. You never know with my dad.”

Winston may not be able to find the trophy, but he’s certainly found his game.
