Former WWE champion John Cena looks pretty good with a wig, actually.
Cena appeared at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night, and did so dressed as Hillary Clinton. Alongside him was Victoria Justice, who was dressed as Trump, and actually made DJ look good, which is new.
It’s likely that Cena was told to scale his act back a bit for the kids, so he came off a bit more robotic than usual. We’ve seen him do some pretty great improv and acts such as this one, although he’s usually a bit more over the top. But the wave he gave in his pink pantsuit was worth watching for that alone.
The reaction he got from the audience speaks volumes. Most everyone seemed surprised, and when Cena first came out they erupted with laughter. A clever idea that was executed pretty well.
