The Kansas City Royals advanced to the ALCS with a 7-2 win over the Houston Astros on Wednesday night, and Jonny Gomes decided to celebrate. But he may want to be a bit more careful when doing so next time, because you never know who may be in the vicinity.
Gomes swung one of his young daughters around the pitcher’s mound, and it looked like everyone was having a great time. Unfortunately, another child was in close range and got knocked down with a swift kick.
That’s one tough kid. I’d have cried.
