If you’ve watched enough Inside the NBA, you know that Charles Barkley constantly preaches that jump-shooting teams can’t win championships. He never has the data or analytics to back it up, but he likes to hear the sound of his own voice, so in his head, he’s right.
And then the Golden State Warriors—a run-and-gun, jump-shooting team—defeated LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals last season.
Barkley had knocked jump-shooting teams and their effectiveness in the postseason with nearly each passing week during the 2014-15 season, which essentially was a knock on the Warriors, who were blowing out many of their opponents and ended up winning 67 regular season games.
Don’t think the Warriors didn’t take notice of that, though. Check out the shirt Klay Thompson showed off last night.

You have to wonder what Barkley thinks of it.
