Manny Pacquiao dominated Chris Algieri in Macau on Saturday—improving his record to 57-5-2.

Talk has now shifted to the possibility of Pacquiao fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the near future. And Pac Man was asked about it after Saturday’s boxing match.

“I’m stronger and faster now,” he said, via BloodyElbow.com. “I’m so happy with my performance. Yes, I’m ready to face Mayweather. I was never discouraged after that loss to Marquez. I just learned that I needed more determination and focus, and I learned that from that fight.”

He was then asked if Mayweather was afraid of fighting him.

“Yeah, it’s kinda like that,” he said.

After what Pacquiao said, it won’t be long until Mayweather fires back with some strong words of his own in response.

It’s good to see the pressure being put on Floyd to hop in the ring. This is a fight that needs to happen. And it needs to happen soon.
