Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban had some words about referee Derrick Stafford during Friday night’s game against the Warriors, and he may be hearing from the league office about it in the near future.
Cuban was none too pleased about how the game against the Warriors was officiated, even though the Mavs were only hit with three more fouls than the Warriors were (19-16).
It started in the second quarter when he was upset about a traveling call. He even urged head coach Rick Carlisle to get a tech over it!
Derrick Stafford has mailed it in. That travel was not a travel and the no calls. Rick needs to get a tech

But it didn’t stop there.
A non basketball play where a guy hits another around the neck. . Of course it’s not a flagrant. Why would it be

@mcuban tell them that hitting someone on a shot is a foul. #charliev3

Cuban can expect a fine from the league in the near future, but when you’re rich, it’s not even pocket change. He’s no stranger to fines, and now that he’s said his piece, he’ll probably pay for it and move on. But his voice was heard.
