Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Michael exited Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals after taking a knee to the head in the second quarter of the game.
Vick took off running and as he went to the ground, he received a knee to the side of his head from Cardinals linebacker Kevin Minter.

Referee Ed Hochuli reportedly made the decision to take Vick out of the game so he could be evaluated for a concussion.

Vick was replaced by Landry Jones, but is set to return to the game, as he got a bit of dirt in his eye, according to the Steelers.

Dirt is not something you usually see on an injury report, and we hope Vick is okay after sustaining that hit.
