Herbert is a 4-star recruit who had also considered Florida and Miami before the epic announcement.
Gone are the days recruits simply pick up a hat and call it a day. In the world of social media, Herbert might have just started a trend those coming after him might soon follow. Fans come out as the biggest winners, especially if the coveted recruit picks their favorite school.
