We all know Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a strong arm and can really zing it. He won’t shy away from firing a bullet if he needs to fit the football into a tight window.

The Packers are aware of that, and they recently ran a drill in training camp to help train for the velocity that Rodgers puts on his passes.

Nevermind keeping your distance from the passing machine — why not just stand or kneel right in front of it?!?!

Apparently it’s called the “man hands” drill, and if you watch the video clip below, you’ll see why.
