UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is in New York this week and has appeared on numerous talk shows. She also took a trip up to Albany to state her case on why the state should legalize professional MMA.

Rousey recently appeared on NBC’s The Tonight Show to talk with Jimmy Fallon about how dominant she has been in the Octagon and her efforts to make MMA legal in New York.

Most importantly, she showed Fallon why no man should question her abilities.

Fallon asked Rousey to demonstrate her patented armbar on him, with “Rumplestiltskin” being the safe word to communicate when he was ready to “tap out.”

It didn’t take long. Once Rousey began applying pressure to his arm, it was only a matter of seconds before Fallon was screaming for her to stop.

Fallon is a brave man to even ask Rousey to armbar him. Hopefully the ratings were worth the pain.
