St. Louis Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey remains in a Florida hospital after being shot in the head on Tuesday night.
NFL Media’s Michael Silver reported that Bailey was involved in a shooting incident and suffered a head wound, but the injury he sustained is not believed to be life-threatening. Bailey will undergo surgery in the morning.
ESPN’s Josina Anderson provided an update on Bailey’s condition.

A source also confirms Bailey was shot while in a vehicle, adding the driver was shot multiple times & their condition is more serious.

Bailey has been serving a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
