Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry’s heart is as strong as his game.
Curry dropped 26 points in Tuesday’s 102-94 win over the Wizards, and was interviewed by TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager after the game.
Sager commented that the Spurs are resting players, and asked if Curry needed a rest. He probably didn’t expect what the reigning MVP would say next.
Curry said that the Warriors have no reason to rest given what Sager has been fighting through, as he’s been battling leukemia, and that he’s an inspiration to the team.
