Former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith was arrested over the weekend in Westerville, Ohio for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Smith was charged with OVI, possession of marijuana and improper display of license plates. He had a reported BAC of .143, yet told police he hadn’t had anything to drink that night.

The former Ravens quarterback was asked by the cops how he was feeling, and said “I’m officer.” When the cop asked him if he was an officer, Smith said “No, no, I’m great.”

But it didn’t stop there. Smith then told officers he got a degree in bachelors from Ohio State University.

At least he had the correct university!
