Nothing went right for the Cincinnati Bengals during the team’s Thursday Night Football matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

They were dominated in every phase of the game in losing to their division rival, 24-3. And to add insult to injury, head coach Marvin Lewis was knocked down by Dre Kirkpatrick midway through the third quarter. The Bengals cornerback was covering a punt during a return, and ran into Lewis on the sideline.

Lewis saw him coming at the last possible second and put his hands up to stop Kirkpatrick’s momentum. It didn’t work, as the cornerback grabbed his coach, jumped on his back and knocked him down.

When it rains, it pours. It was a rough night for Bengals fans and players alike.
