Backpack Pass

This sporty game involves chocolate squares. Pieces of the chocolate squares are put in a brown bag, which should be small.

Next, the bags are tagged with commands. The labeled containers should be placed in bags. There as many bags as there are participants.

The kicker is not all backpacks will be filled with chocolate. Some must be filled with marshmallows and graham crackers.

Campers have to look for the chocolate squares. To find the chocolates, they have to wear backpacks and search through them. Marshmallows and graham crackers do not count.

The players sit around the campfire and wear the backpack in turns. This can go along with the music of your choice. When the music stops, everyone has to stand to see what’s in their backpack.

It can be chocolate, a command or marshmallows and graham crackers. The person who collects the most pieces of chocolate wins.

Bear Catcher

The objective of this game is to pretend you are catching a bear. Players are divided into one bear catcher and several bears. A sleeping bag is set at the center of the play area.

Each “bear” must change position when a neutral person says go. Then, the bear catchers have to try to tag one of the bears. The first bear who is tagged becomes the next bear catcher.

This is a game that really increases the aspects of bonding and suspense.

Magnet Fishing

Here you would cut out various shapes of fish from paper containing three different colors. Then, get three baskets that are full of prizes.

The baskets should be tied with ribbons, which match the color of each fish. Each paper fish is attached to a paper clip. The fish is then placed on a planter box or even an empty kiddie pool.

A fishing rod can be made of strings and sticks. At the end of the string, magnets are attached to the lines. The campers then try their hand at emulated sport fishing.

After fishing, each participant chooses a prize from the basket that has a colored ribbon which matches the caught fish.

Campfire Relay

This involves dividing campers into two groups. Then, items needed to start a campfire are chosen such as sticks, debris and rocks. Each group must rush to make a campfire.

The first team to execute the campfire wins the game. Now, all you have to do is cook your meals by the sizzling flames.
