I'm not sure they needed all those adjectives, but nonetheless Nike has introduced a new line of uniforms. The uniforms are designed to be a combination of past and future. The uniforms feature retro looks combined with some new age performance specifications.
Normally when Nike (or Adidas) introduces special uniforms, they're disasters. See these abominations. But these uniforms aren't bad at all.Oregon, Syracuse and Michigan State have the best three in my opinion, with Duke and Kentucky bringing up the rear only because they're virtually identical to their current uniforms. The only downside is the backs of the jerseys will feature the same nonsense that currently pollutes Nike's jerseys.
Michigan State will be the first to debut them, on Saturday, when they play Georgetown (for some reason).
Sadly, Duke and Carolina won't be wearing them against each other.
