I interviewed the rising star quarterback who had some fun things to talk about before his next game at Lake Elsinore on Friday night.

RSEN: How was it replacing your brother (Chad) at quarterback, who started in 2010 and 11 ?

Virgil: Replacing my brother was the greatest experience because I grew up watching him play high school ball and kinda followed in his footsteps, even knowing the offensive play calls before I came in. Til’ this day he is my QB coach and inspiration.

RSEN: Biggest win in your career so far?

Virgil: My biggest win so far was my sophomore year when we came back against Rancho Verde to win the CIF SS Championship game.

RSEN: Who was/is your favorite quarterback growing up?

Virgil: My favorite QB is Russell Wilson right now because of his style of play and our small stature at the position.

RSEN: What do you think of all your twitter fame you’ve received recently, which includes gaining over 7k followers over the weekend?

Virgil: I think there is some excitement behind if of course but it can be very distracting so I need to just stay focused, especially during this post season run.

RSEN: Who is the best athlete of all time for Heritage?

Virgil: Darius Allensworth of Cal. He excelled and has helped me me with so much on and off the field.

RSEN: Any offers from D1 schools yet?

Virgil: No offers yet, just a lot of letters

RSEN: Which school(s) do you think would be the best fit for your style of play?

Virgil: I think my style play would fit perfectly in Rich Rodriquez’s offense at Arizona.

RSEN: Elite 11 camp has been instrumental to many young QB’s careers, do you think you’ll be apart of that special roster next season?

RSEN: Celebrity Crush?

Virgil: Mila Kunis

RSEN: This one is for the ladies of twitter and instagram, Single or Taken?

Virgil: Single haha
