I grew up next door to this kid and he is a true brother of mine so it’s with great pleasure to announce that Team FOE and Phelps High school Forward Mustapha Traore has committed to Monmouth University. Monmouth is not only getting a talented 6-foot-8 forward skilled on the court, but a kid with a great head on his shoulders as well. Offensively Mustapha has a nice mid-range jump shot along with a very impressive right hook jump-shot. He is also a very solid defender and an extremely good rebounder on both sides of the court. Mustapha is still a work on progress but when he reaches his ceiling, sky is the limit for the Philadelphia Forward. I look forward to seeing him finish his senior year strong and begin his amazing journey at Monmouth University. Congrats Kid!
