You don’t normally think hard hits and baseball but this certainly fits that category. A young fielder in the Home Run Derby was absolutely leveled in an attempt to catch a Carlos Gonzalez fly ball. It’s hard not to feel bad for the kid but it’s even harder not to laugh.

The manhunt is over for the man who threw a bottle at Ryan Howard nearly two weeks ago. 21 year old, Sidney Smith of Delaware turned himself in to authorities. Action News 6 in Philadelphia has reported that Smith has been cited and released. There is no information on the extent of his punishment.
