The Philadelphia 76ers will take Ben Simmons first overall in the 2016 NBA draft. This, according to Howard Eskin, the sports director for a Fox affiliate in Philadelphia. Eskin appeared on 94.1 WIP this morning, a show which he frequents as a guest and occasionally hosts. When asked about the Sixers interest in Simmons, Eskin stated that, after speaking with Sixers general manager, Bryan Colangelo, there is a “100% chance that the 76ers draft Simmons”.
There is still much debate about who will go first overall in 2016. However, if Eskin’s sources are as reliable as he thinks, Ben Simmons will be the next answer in Philadelphia.
