Whether you’re a fan of Tim Tebow or someone who wishes that the hype surrounding the Heisman Trophy winner would die down, be prepared for things to get a little “dusty” in the room. Last night, the former Florida Gators quarterback made an impromptu visit to Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. There he met Nathaniel, a Gators superfan who is currently undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer.
The surprise visit from Tebow moved the young man to tears. Emotions ran so high that it took over a minute for Nathaniel to pull himself together to talk to his hero.
“Thank you for visiting me.”

Regardless of what you think of Tebow’s throwing mechanics or his legitimacy as an NFL quarterback, there’s no denying that the man has a heart of gold. Now if you’ll excuse me, one of my contact lenses is bothering me.
