Fan has Ichiro Suzuki’s batting stance down to a tee

While the real Ichiro Suzuki was busy getting three hits against the San Diego Padres on Monday night, his look-alike was in the stands doing a perfect impression of the Miami Marlins outfielder in the batter’s box.

Ichiro’s routine before hitting is unlike any other, but this fan has it down to a tee.

The fan says he has been impersonating Ichiro since he was 11 years old and it shows.

Ichiro’s three hits against the Padres moved him within one hit of equaling the Major League record of 4,256 held by Pete Rose. He has 2,977 hits in the majors after compiling 1,278 during his nine seasons in Japan.
