Nerlens Noel reportedly sued for trashing rental home and allegedly threatening owners

Philadelphia 76ers big man Nerlens Noel might be the worst person to rent a home to.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, the 21-year-old rented a home outside of Philadelphia in September 2014 at $54,000 per year and reportedly ” trashed the place and left weed throughout the home.”

According to TMZ, some of the damage the owners listed in the lawsuit include extreme water damage, a broken elevator, torn window screens, a broken dishwasher and clogged toilets “filled with cotton balls and feces”, all of which the owners found after Noel moved out in August 2015. Additionally, “the owners say they also found weed and roaches from joints in the home.”

But it gets worse.

The owners reportedly sought $42,000 to repair the damage but “a tombstone with the words ‘RIP’ mysteriously appeared on the front steps of the property” the day after they sent the demand. According to TMZ, “the owners believe it was Noel’s doing and are considering it a death threat.” They now want more than $75,000.
