If you tune in to a Florida State home game which doesn't feature Duke, North Carolina, Florida, or some other major opponent, you'll see lots of empty seats. Part of this is due to poor planning by the athletic department (students get crappy seats, football boosters who don't go to games get great seats), and part of it is because it's a football school. Students just don't really care that much about basketball. This despite four straight NCAA Tournament appearances and a banner in the rafters identifying them as the reigning ACC Champs.
Today, walk-on Joey Moreau, who has been with the team for four years, took to Twitter to address the issue.
