Cam Newton was active in the attire game Sunday before the Carolina Panthers’ encounter with the Minnesota Vikings.
Newton wore a custom shirt during pregame equipped with a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.
Also, Newton decided to pay tribute to Prince:

Newton was a Minnesota native, so the tribute makes plenty of sense. The singer, 57, died earlier this year.
It’s not often a player gets to rock the colors of the opposition, but it sure is hard to complain about this one.
