Dez Bryant congratulates teammates—barefoot—after breaking bone in foot (video)

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant suffered a broken bone in his foot during the fourth quarter of Sunday night’s game against the New York Giants, but that didn’t stop him from celebrating following the team’s dramatic come-from-behind 27-26 win.

Bryant is expected to be out four to six weeks, and the Cowboys will miss his presence on offense. Outside of Bryant, the team lacks a tall, dominant wide receiver to target in key moments in games.

The Cowboys didn’t miss him in the locker room after the game, though. Even on a broken foot, while barefoot, Bryant managed to congratulate his teammates wearing nothing but his underwear. And he was fired up.

Bryant also made sure to give props to quarterback Tony Romo for his strong play in the second half of Sunday’s game. Romo has manufactured the most fourth-quarter comebacks since 2006 (24), and Bryant wanted to make sure his followers knew how great the team’s quarterback played.

You have to admire Bryant’s energyon and off the field.
