Fan uses beer as ice pack after getting hit in forehead by foul ball (VIDEO)

A fan at Tuesday’s Phillies-Braves game at Turner Field was struck by a foul ball in the seventh inning of the AL East matchup and became resourceful when trying to treat the injury.

The fan was hit when Jace Peterson fouled off a pitch from Dustin McGowan on an 0-2 count. The foul ball bounced off the dugout and hit the female fan right in her forehead.

Even though the unlucky fan was left with a baseball-sized welt on her forehead, she seemed to be okay afterward. And she used the best item available to act as an ice pack to keep the swelling down—a can of Coors Light.
