Giants have three WRs on pace for 1,000 yards

No trio of receivers has combined for more yards than Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard and Victor Cruz of the New York Giants.

In fact, according to NFL Research, Beckham, Shepard and Cruz are all on pace for over 1,000 receiving yards after three games in 2016.

There three have combined for 46 catches, 708 yards and three of Eli Manning’s four touchdown passes.

Beckham currently leads the Giants with 19 receptions and 280 yards. He is on pace for 101 catches and 1,493 yards.

Shepard, a second-round pick, has 16 catches, 233 yards and two touchdowns. His 16-game pace is 85 receptions, 1,243 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Cruz has returned from a two-year injury with 11 catches and 195 yards in three games, putting him on pace for 59 catches and 1,040 yards.

Overall, the Giants rank fifth in the NFL in passing yards after three games. New York is averaging 297.7 passing yards per game, with Beckham, Shepard and Cruz accounting for over 230 of the yards per contest.

If the numbers for the trio stay on pace, the Giants will get almost 250 catches and 3,800 receiving yards from Manning’s three favorite targets.
