The wait is finally over.
Joey Bosa, the San Diego Chargers’ first-round draft pick last April, is expected to make his NFL debut on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. He missed the first four games due to a hamstring injury but practiced in full this week and is not listed on the injury report.

It will be the first game for Bosa since Ohio State played in the Fiesta Bowl on January 1.
A two-time All-American, Bosa finished his Ohio State career with 51 tackles for loss and 26 sacks. After the Chargers lost several key players to season-ending injuries through the first four games, the debut of the No. 3 overall pick couldn’t come at a better time. San Diego is 1-3 and has struggled to close out games.
