Julian Edelman takes out ball boy with big hit on sideline (VIDEO)

Julian Edelman is playing like a man possessed. Already he has five catches for the New England Patriots in the first half of Sunday night’s game against the Arizona Cardinals and this is without Tom Brady at quarterback, mind you.

Try to get in his way and you’ll probably end up like this guy, who was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time.

This poor ball boy, or ball man for that matter, took the full force of a hit from Edelman on the Cardinals sideline, knocking him back a few feet. Don’t let his size fool you, either. Edelman packs a punch in that 5-foot-10, 200-pound frame.

Just ask Cardinals linebacker Deone Bucannon who got laid out on a vicious block from Edelman during the game.

It sure looked like Edelman had time to stop and avoid making contact with the guy on the sideline, though. He could have at least helped him up. Still, you have to admire the way he’s playing tonight. Patriots fans can only hope he keeps this up the rest of the season.
