Miguel Sano shatters bat over knee after strikeout

Minnesota Twins slugger Miguel Sano struck out three times during Wednesday’s game against the Braves and was not happy about it.

Now, through 151 games played, the Twins slugger has struck out 224 times, the most of any player through that number of games. Bo Jackson was close, getting K’d 204 times through 150.

Sano swung through a breaking ball on Wednesday night, with runners on second and third and a chance to tie the game or take the lead, so he responded by destroying his bat in disgust.
