Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson suffered a leg injury Sunday during an otherwise easy game against the San Francisco 49ers.
With the Seahawks up 30-3, Wilson took a tackle in awkard fashion and his leg bent in a way it probably shouldn’t.
The tackle itself:

Per multiple reporters, Wilson had a brace slapped on the leg and asked the coaching staff to let him get back in the game before they shot him down:
FOX’s Pam Oliver reported Russell Wilson’s day is “done.” Lobbied to reenter but dealing with left knee and/or ankle injury.

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is currently getting a left knee brace put on by members of team’s medical staff. Trevone Boykin in at QB.

Wilson threw for 243 yards and a score before exiting the game and the coaching staff didn’t see much in the way of a reason to put him back into the lineup.
This seems more precautionary than anything on Seattle’s end. No need to risk the franchise quarterback in an blowout. But it looked gruesome, so keep an ear out for an official word on the severity.
