Steve Sarkisian goes on drunken rant, drops f-bomb (video)

USC head coach Steve Sarkisian does not have a filter and always speaks his mind, but he may have taken things a bit too far at the “Salute to Troy” kickoff event on Saturday night.

The event is a pep rally of sorts, but Coach Sark, who spoke at the event, was a bit too excited (and inebriated).

Maybe that’s why he dropped an f-bomb when introducing the team. Or it could be why he reportedly called out Oregon, Arizona State and Notre Dame’s football programs, and also went on a weird rant about Cal.

“Everytime I’d always see Cal getting these guys, I’m like how is Cal the Cal Bears! They haven’t been to the Rose Bowl in 188 years. Like how are they getting anybody?”

Sark was eventually pulled away by athletic director Pat Haden, but a portion of the speech was captured on video, and you can watch it below.

That’s probably not what USC was hoping for from its head coach heading into the season.
