Tebowmania has touched down the MLB.
Tim Tebow reported to the New York Mets Monday, joining the Port St. Lucie in an effort to start his baseball career.
Of course, one of the first things people noticed was Tebow’s new jersey, which still rocks a familiar number:

Tebow himself arrived looking, well, gigantic:

Tebowmania is already so strong, in fact, the former quarterback already has a higher-selling jersey than most of the notable names on the Mets roster.
No, seriously:

As one can probably expect, the even turned up droves of fans. Apparently some camped out overnight for seats. A helicopter arrived for Tebow’s debut.
You just can’t make this stuff up:

The scary part? This is just the beginning of Tebow’s impact on the MLB. Don’t blink.
