Peyton Manning’s expensive Colorado mansion

Peyton Manning and his family have found a new home in Colorado, and it didn’t come cheap.

According to the Denver Post, Peyton Manning purchased the home pictured above for $4.575 million. While that may be a truckload of money for you and me, it’s actually a bargain considering the original asking price was $5.25 million. The house sits on just under 3.5 acres and contains about 16,000 square feet of living space.

Manning’s new home is located in Cherry Hills Village, in south-central Denver. The Denver Post points out that Manning will be living about 10 miles from the Broncos’ headquarters, and the drive will take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic of course.

Broncos fans can relax knowing that their quarterback is, well, relaxed in his new setup. Now Manning can hand Mike Shanahan’s Denver home back over to the former Broncos coach.
